HELP THE TI FOOD CO-OP GROW!
MAKE A DONATION
TO OUR CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
Help us support downtown Ticonderoga, regional farmers
and producers and our community's health!
Here's how we're growing
to support YOU, our members.
1. Expanding and improving our storefront to make it more welcoming and inviting
2. Adding cafe space so you can enjoy a coffee or meal with friends
3. Updating our commercial kitchen allowing for more prepared food options and cooking class offerings
4. New refrigeration that saves energy and keeps food fresher
5. Building equity for our members

SUPPORT DOWNTOWN TICONDEROGA
As a community-owned grocery anchor in downtown Ticonderoga, improvements ensure the co-op’s sustainability and will attract shoppers to downtown, creating more opportunity for community gathering.
SUPPORT REGIONAL FARMERS & PRODUCERS
Over half of our co-op inventory comes from local and regional producers. Upgrading our store will boost sales and ensure a more resilient regional food system.
SUPPORT COMMUNITY HEALTH
A full community kitchen will allow us to offer expanded healthy prepared food selections. New coolers will allow the store to sell a greater volume of healthy food items more consistently.
SUPPORT THE ENVIRONMENT
New coolers, compressors and lighting will reduce the store’s carbon footprint. Expanded bulk offerings will allow customers to reduce their plastic usage.
STATE MONIES
In recognition of our service to our community and farmers and our potential for growth, we were awarded a $376,000 grant for improvements from the State of New York. The money will be used for a range of needed updates that will not only make our store a better place to shop and work, but will also boost us to a new level of sales and stability. But in order to access the state monies, we need to raise additional funds and we’re hoping YOU will help us by making a donation that will benefit the Co-op!
