Her knowledge of the medicinal benefits of plants and herbs is top tier. Her wilderness teas are grown on the land in the Adirondacks.

Local Honey

We offer honey from a number of local apiaries. Highlander Honey with hives right here in Ticonderoga. McFarline’s Apiary out of Vermont has hives in Ticonderoga and offers both raw honey and a very popular elderberry syrup for an extra boost to the immune system. We also carry Champlain Valley Apiaries honey out of Middlebury VT which is a raw honey producer.

Maple Syrup

Buck Mt Maple Syrup doesn’t have to travel far. Syrup is both tapped and boiled down in Crown Point, NY. We carry both plastic jugs and glass bottles in a variety of sizes. We also offer syrup by the ounce.
 

Misty Knoll Farm Chicken

Delivered every Tuesday between 3 and 4pm from Misty Knolls Poultry Farm in VT. We stock whole chickens as well as bone-in and boneless breasts and thighs, legs & wings. 10lb bulk bags of most cuts are available at a discount by pre-order. Please order by Friday for delivery the following Tuesday.
 

Beef, Pork and Eggs

Lillie Valley Farm located down the road in Putnam Station, NY supplies the co-op with a variety of beef and pork products as well as farm fresh eggs. Look for the Lillie Valley Freezer showcasing their product. Available products include ground beef, steaks, linked & ground pork sausage and ground lamb. 

 

Creamline Yogurt from Grass Fed Cows

North Country Creamery out of Keeseville, NY offers creamline yogurt in plain, lemon, maple & vanilla. They also have a variety of cheeses available. Grass-fed dairy has higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help prevent chronic illnesses like heart disease and diabetes. Omega-3s also have anti-inflammatory properties and can support brain and heart health.

Creamline Milk

Our milk supplier is Hidden Acres Dairy out of Chazy, NY. They offer low temp pasteurized and non-homogenized cream line milk. Hidden Acres is organically produced and uses humane practices with their animals. We carry ½ gallons of white and chocolate milk as well as pints of coffee milk, maple milk, white and chocolate milk.

Bread and Baked Goods from Rock Hill Bakehouse and Crust and Crumb

We are very excited to have forged a new local relationship with the good folks at Rock Hill Bakehouse out of Glens Falls, NY. We have bread and pastries stocked every Thursday evening. Offerings include Sourdough Loaves, English Muffins, and baked goods.
