ABOUT THE EVENT

If you missed Collin Weber's last class on Beef Bourguignon, he'll be leading another class in March! This time we'll be making Dijon and Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin, with Balsamic Braised Red Cabbage, and Crispy Smashed Fingerling Potatoes.

Collin Weber is a Ticonderoga native with a passion for food. He has spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, and currently works at Northlands Job Core in Vergennes.
