ABOUT THE EVENT
If you missed Collin Weber's last class on Beef Bourguignon, he'll be leading another class in March! This time we'll be making Dijon and Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin, with Balsamic Braised Red Cabbage, and Crispy Smashed Fingerling Potatoes.
