During this months cooking class Chef Mike will teach you how to make a delicious Louisiana classic Chicken and Sausage Gumbo.  Gumbo is one of those dishes that brings people together. It’s a one-pot meal, filled with bold flavors and a mix of textures—from the tender chicken to the smoky sausage and the perfectly balanced roux that ties it all together.
