Natural Foods Co-op Moving Towards Opening

While they may not have met their goal of 300 members, Sharon Reynolds said many food co-ops have started with much less funding to become a staple in their respective communities.

Members of the Ticonderoga Natural Foods Co-op held their first meeting together Feb. 23, with 16 of the 118 members in attendance. After the meeting, the group decided to move forward with opening a cooperative market venture and potentially open a storefront business in June.
